To enter your nomination for the H-Circle Product Innovation Awards, please follow the provided guidelines and instructions:

Nomination Deadline: The last date for nominating your product for H-Circle Awards is 1st December, 2023. Entries filed after this date will not be considered.

Eligibility: Only products designed and manufactured after 1st January, 2023, will be considered for this award. The nominees must self-certify this fact by clicking on the right box in the nomination form.

Nomination Process: Visit the H-Circle website complete the nomination form thoroughly, providing all the required information.

Ensure you upload a clear photograph and video of the product you are nominating.

Maximum Nominations: Each exhibitor can nominate a maximum of two products, irrespective of the number of categories they are present in.

Physical Availability: The product nominated by the exhibitor must be physically available in the booth on 13th and 14th December for inspection by the jury members.

Product Inspection: Exhibitors must cooperate and allow product inspection at their booth by jury members as per the latter’s convenience. If juries are unable to inspect the product during their visit to the exhibitor’s booth, the entry may not be considered.

Jury Decision: The jury is independent, and no communication will be entertained by HGH India organizers, IIID, or jury members regarding their decision and the winners of the awards.

Notification: The award winners will be informed individually on 14th December, 2023.

Award Prizes: Award winners will receive a plaque and certificate, which can be used for their marketing and product promotion purposes.
